Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18-65yrs ASA grade 1&2 Elective lower limb orthopaedic surgery Who have given valid informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with heart block, bradyarrythmia and Left ventricular failure Bleeding or coagulation abnormalities Severe renal disease Severe Liver dysfunction
