Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Patients with age > 18 years (2)Patients having obstructive airway diseases according to GOLD (3)Stable patient (4)Willing to Participate and give consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Patients with active tuberculosis (2)Associated respiratory illness (CA lung, Pneumonia, LRTI, Lung abscess etc.) (3)Patients with PLHA or known case of any other immunosuppressive disorders (4)Associated systemic illness like myocardial infarction, unstable angina (5)Patients in moribund condition (6)Patients came in exacerbation (7)Non-Compliant patient
