Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: HEALTHY MALE AND FEMALE FOOTBALLERS OF AGE GROUP 18 TO 30 YEARS AND WHO ARE WILLING TO PARTICIPATE

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ANY LOWER LIMB FRACTURE PAST 6 MONTHS ANY MUSCULOSKELETAL INJURIES PAST 6 MONTHS. DIAGNOSED CASE OF LOWER LIMB INJURIES.
