Intervention1: mobile- health care programme: Mobile- health care program will be a web based platform and messages will be sent to the mobile of the patient to educate patients with breast cancer on

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Post-surgical breast cancer patient 2. Unilateral or bilateral mastectomy 3.Participant has complain of fatigue 4. Should be able to read, write and has basic understanding of English 5. Participant is able to read and understand news given in English newspaper 6) Participant is able to generate meaning of advertisement given in newspaper. 7) Should be comfortable in using their personal SMS based mobile phones and should have internet connectivity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Pre surgical case of breast cancer b) Advanced staged breast cancer c) Patient undergone reconstruction surgery d) Any other neurological or orthopedic condition existing along with breast cancer
