Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA grade 3 patients 2.Smoking index - pack years <40

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient unable to conduct or comply with respiratory muscle training. 2.Uncooperative patient - confused or delirious. 3.patient undergoing any other surgery along with CABG, having prolonged mechanical ventilation (more than 24hrs) or re-intubated. 4.Critical left main disease 5. patient undergoing emergency CABG surgery, Obstruction lung disease patient, restrictive lung disease, preoperative major chest infection e.g pulmonary tuberculosis. 6. Smoking index - pack years >40
