Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of both genders above the age of 18 year with intraabdominal infections admitted in the hospital will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Samples received from patients admitted outside Kasturba Hospital will not be included in this study
