Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA 1 and 2 Scheduled for elective abdominal, inguinal, hip and femur surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of allergy to local anesthetics Coagulopathic disorders Cardiac or Renal diseases Infection at site of injection

Duration of analgesiaTimepoint: postoperatively at 10min, 20min , 2 hour, 6hrs, 12hrs and 24 hrs.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
a) To assess frequency of rescue analgesics b) To assess the total doses of rescue analgesics Timepoint: a) Intraopertively baseline,at incision and every 15 min therafter b) at the end of surgery
