Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group- between 40-70 years 2. Gender- Male & female both 3. Known case of Madhumeha according to symptoms- patient passes frequently, large quantity and turbid urine (Prabhutaavilamutrata). Type II diabetic having symptomsPolyphagia, Polyuria, Polydipsia, on treatment and newly diagnosed Type II diabetic who are suffering for not more than 10 years. 4. Patients with fasting blood sugar more than 126-250 mg/dl and post prandial blood sugar more than 200-350 mg/dl. (Patients with fasting blood sugar more than 126 mg/dl and post prandial blood sugar more than 200 mg/dl) 5. Patients having HbA1c 6.5-10%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. K/C/O Madhumeha who are already taking Ayurvedic medicine for same. 2. K/C/O Type 1 Diabetes, K/C/O Acromegaly, K/C/O Cushingâ??s syndrome, K/C/O pancreatic disorder 3. Patient under insulin therapy 4. Pregnant and lactating mothers 5. Patients with acute complications like hyperglycemic coma, ketoacidosis and infections like gangrene 6. K/C/O Nephropathy, K/C/O Neuropathy, K/C/O retinopathy 7. Patients with immune compromised disease
