Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Women aged 2 Failure of at least one cycle of Frozen Embryo transfer with good embryo quality (grade 1 and 2)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 APLA positive status 2 Any structural causes- abnormal uterine cavity or presence of myoma 3 Severe male factor infertility 4 Any contraindication to heparin therapy 5 Poor embryo quality (grade 3 or 4 ) 6 Fresh embryo transfer/ first cycle of FET

To Evaluate the role of TEG as a screening test for hypercoagulable/ thrombophilic state, necessitating the need for anticoagulationTimepoint: At baseline, before start of FET preparation day 21 of cycle

Cost- effectiveness of adding Low Molecular Weight Heparin in TEG positive women on pregnancy outcomeTimepoint: from time of embryo transfer till 12 weeks of gestation;To assess the Uterine artery doppler velocimetry changes in patients with a positive thromboelastogram Timepoint: 1) assessed at first visit, on 21st day of cycle before start of FET preparation 2) on day 2 of cycle before starting endometrial preparation
