Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients symptomatic due to Gall stone disease and diagnosed with Gall Bladder stones on Ultrasonography

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pain not attributable to Gall stone disease 2. Associated pathology like CBD stones, Gall stone pancreatitis 3. Open cholecystectomy 4. Uncomplicated intraoperative course

1. Determine the need for rescue analgesia 2. Compare the reduction of PONV in different treatment groups 3. Assess the Functional outcome (Time to ambulate, Time to start solid meals) Timepoint: 1. Determine the need for rescue analgesia at 1hr, 4hrs, 12hrs, 24hrs and 48hrs. 2. Compare the reduction of PONV in different treatment groups at 1hr, 4hrs, 12hrs, 24hrs and 48hrs. 3.
