Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who will have craniotomies as a result of Brain Tumours Removal of blood clot from the blood vessel Cerebral Aneurysm Arteriovenous malformations (AVM) Arteriovenous fistula (AVF) Drainage of brain abscess Repairing fractures in skull Patients who will be on mechanical ventilator post- craniotomy or oxygen support or on tracheotomy. GCS Grade between 3 to 8.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with cardiopulmonary deficits Individuals with amputee limbs Individuals with hearing and visuals deficits Individuals with implanted device in brain. Individuals with lobotomy of brain Individuals with seizures
