Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both male and female with an age group between 18-50 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with history of cardiovascular disease and individuals undergoing lipid control drugs.

To evaluate the level of Skinfold measurement which include Peripheral fat- millimeter(mm) and Lipid profile values which include Total cholesterol- milligrams/deciliter(mg/dl), Triglyceride- mg/dl, HDL- mg/dl, LDL- mg/dl, VLDL- mg/dl of volunteer participants.Timepoint: one year
