Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinical and Ultrasound diagnosed cases of plantar fasciitis Age between 18 to 60 years of age Failure of conservative treatment > 3months Willingness to comply with treatment and follow up assessment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other causes of plantar heel pain 2. Previous surgery in the foot 3. Local injection within 6 weeks 4. Local infection at the site of injection 5. Uncontrolled systemic disease 6. Thrombocytopenia ( 7. Bleeding disorder 8. Pregnancy
