Intervention1: CricFit Training Program: The experimental group will undergo CricFit training. The athletes will be trained for six weeks with two sessions per week. Total 12 sessions. Intervention2:

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adolescents male cricket players 2. Age group between 15 to 19 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Players with a history of any major injury which may affect the training program. 2. Absence from regular training due to any reason for 6 months. 3. Players with a history of surgery within the past 1 year. 4. Any type of self-reported supplementation and medication that may affect the performance & adaptation related to the training program
