Intervention1: Omega-3 Capsules: Omega-3 capsules is given to patients 500 mg BD for 3 months orally as an adjunct to scaling and root planing Control Intervention1: SRP Group : Scaling and Root plan

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-60 years 2.Patients with gingivitis (Gi > 0.5) 3.Untreated chronic periodontitis 4.Stage II Grade B Periodontitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Smoking infectious or life-threatening diseases 2.Intake of antibiotics within 3 months before the start of or during the study period. 3.Drugs influencing gingival inflammation or bleeding (e.g., Anticoagulants, cortisone) 4.Pregnancy or breastfeeding ï?¼ Previous history of flap surgery
