Interventions

Intervention1: Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF): Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF) placed in the osteotomy site before placement of dental implants. Duration of therapy : 3 & 6 months (Follow up period) Control I

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Edentulous state requiring minimum 2 or more dental implants for replacement 2.Patient with informed consent willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient not indicated for dental implant procedure like : a)Patients on anticoagulant, corticosteroid, fibrinolytic and anti-platelet therapy, b)Patients with bleeding disorders c)Patients with debilitating diseases. 2.Habit of chronic smoking and alcoholism.
