Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age >= 18 years 2) Histopathological proven cases of lung cancer. 3) Radiologically confirmed brain metastasis 4) The patient planned for cranial radiotherapy (WBRT/Focal RT) 5) Patient willing to sign a written consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with prior history of radiation therapy for brain metastases (excluding prior Stereotactic Radiosurgery) 2) Patients who are not willing to come for follow up at Tata Memorial Hospital (TMH)/ Advanced Centre for Treatment, Research and Education in Cancer (ACTREC)

1) To validate lung molecular GPA. 2) To assess survival outcomes at 6, 12 and 24 months. 3) To evaluate the 30-day mortality. 4) To validate other prognostic indices such as RPA, SIRS, BSBM, SIPS and to see concordance between them. 5) To assess the patient-reported outcomes in the prospective cohort.Timepoint: 1 month, 6 months, 12 months, 24 months—
