Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients posted for simultaneous single staged B/L TKA 2. More than one compartmental primary OA with pain interfering with their ADL 3. KL Grade 3/4 4. ASA grade 1 and 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any patient with previous knee surgery 2. Extra-articular knee deformity 3. Any spine disorder which may interfere with mobilization 4. Revision TKA cases 5. Previous history Septic Arthritis knee
