Intervention1: Jawarish Kundur: 5 gm BD administered orally with water twice daily for 6 weeks. Control Intervention1: Oxybutynin: 5 mg administered orally with water twice daily for 6 weeks

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: History of all or any of the following symptoms for more than six months 1. Urgency of urine 2. Incontinence 3. Frequency 4. Nocturia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The following patients will be excluded from the study 1.Patients with history of Bladder calculus 2.Patients with Urinary tract infections 3.Known case of Benign Prostrate Hypertrophy 4.Known case of Uterine prolapse •Patients with Rectocele/cystocele •Patients with Cystitis •Pregnant and lactating females •Known case of Neoplasm •Known case of with Hepatic/Cardiac diseases •Known case of Multiple sclerosis and Spinal cord injury. •Medications (anticholinergic, antidepressant, psychotropic, or alpha-blocker)
