Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient willing to participate and sign the informed consent. Patients fulfilling the cases and control criteria.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with established diagnosis of peptic ulcers, duodenal ulcers, ulcerative colitis, crohnâ??s disease. Patients with history or diagnosis of pancreatitis. Patients consuming NSAIDs and corticosteroids. Patients having history or diagnosis of chronic liver disease, malignancies, chronic renal failure. Patients with acute illness like cerebrovascular accidents, acute myocardial infarction, COPD, meningitis, acute pain conditions and other acute condition. Patients who are taking anti tubercular treatment or any immunosuppressive therapy for any medical illness. Pregnant and lactating females. Female patients who delivered in the last 6 months either through normal or caesarean section.
