Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) subject those who are willing to participate 2) age between to 20-28 3) craniovertebral angle less than 50 degree 4) both girls and boys having forward head posture

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) subject who had history of cervical surgery, injury limiting activities, spinal cord compression, spinal tumour, Spinal instability 2 ) history of cervical fracture, inflammatory disease of spine, spinal infection 3) subject having neuromuscular condition, previous shoulder injury 4) subject who can not perform exercise
