Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA grade I,II and III 2.Age between 18-70years undergoing Below knee surgry

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patient refusal. 2)ASA grade IV or more 3)History of any Allergy to study drug. 4)Any contraindication for regional anaesthesia 5)Infection at intended site of injection 6)Pregnant patients
