Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Somatoform disorder ( meeting ICDS-10 criteria) Understands English/ Hindi/ Bengali Willing to participate Age more than 18 years of age and less than 60 Having access to a smartphone

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient requiring hospitalization Having cognitive impairment or any co-morbid psychiatric illness Any physical illness restricting the yoga practices Patient with an uncontrolled systemic illness like diabetes, hypertension, arthritis etc.
