Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Women who have attained physiological menopause in over 12 months. (STRAW-Criteria of stages of Menopause). -Hypertension -Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus -Hypothyroidism -Obesity (as per American association criteria) -Willingness to participate in the study. -Having menopausal symptoms (symptoms checklist).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Eye, heart, and kidney complications -Severe mental illness -Cancer -Unwillingness to participate -Previous exposure to yoga.
