Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: healthy individuals in the age group of 18-40 years in both female and male are included in the study. Asymptomatic subject of either gender and individuals with lumbar lordosis angle more than 40degrees.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with spinal surgery , spinal fracture , vertebral deformity , joint diseases like facet joint arthritis , spondylolisthesis , spondylosis , radiculopathy and pregnant females.
