Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients between age 18-60 years. Patients of fistulectomy wound.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Fistula-in-ano due to Tuberculosis, ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, carcinoma. Patients with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, Hepatitis-B, HIV, AIDS & STD. Unwilling patient.

MeasureTime frame
To assess the proportion of healing effect of Kakanasa Taila in comparison with Jatyadi Taila in fistulectomy wound in age of 18-60 year for 6 weeks. Timepoint: 6 weeks.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Assessment of Pain during post operated period as per Visual analogue scale of 0-10 (VAS). • Overall satisfaction with the dressing to patient recorded on 5 points Likert scaleTimepoint: ONCE A WEEK FOR 6 WEEKS
