Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Collage going females students within the age group of 18-25 years. 2)Regular menstruation. 3)PMSS score 80 points or above. 4)Subjects those who are willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Subjects having any gynaecological condition other than PMS such as PCOS, fibroids. 2)Subjects having any injury 3)Subjects having any neurological condition
