Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Kshudha mandya (pLoss of Appetite Daurbalva Generalised weakness State of hunger Kshudha Constipation Badhamalkoshtata Shushka sphika Udar Greeva waisting of muscle Prominence of Veins Dhamanilaldarshan Patient should have atleast three of the above symptoms Children whose parents are ready to participate in the clinical trial by giving informed written consent Patient irrespective of sex religion and cast socio economical status

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Congenital anomalies in regards to Musculoskeletal system, GIT & RS. Patients suffering from any infectious disease Severe illnesses of any other systemic disorder and malnourished children Having any multisystem complication Patients having obstructive pathology / surgical etiopathology Parents of children who are not willing for treatment
