Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient aged 18 years older or more 2. Belonging to ASA grading 1-3 3. Belonging to either sex 4. Admitted in the ICU 5. Patient undergoing surgeries under general anaesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient having infection at the access site 2. Patient with coagulopathy or on anticoagulation therapy 3. Patient with shock 4. Patient with morbid obesity 5. Patients with pedal edema 6. Patients with peripheral vascular disease Patient in whom attenders refuse to provide consent
