Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients presenting to the oncology departments of Manipal comprehensive cancer care centre with a histopathology proven head and neck cancer diagnosis. 3 months post cancer – directed treatment, which could be surgery, radiotherapy or both.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients receiving only chemotherapy. Patients with a prior diagnosis of fibromyalgia or other diagnosed clinical conditions prior to cancer diagnosis that might contribute to myofascial pain.
