Intervention1: Maitlands Mobilization Technique: Techniques usually involve unilaterally or bilaterally contacting the lower molars with the thumb intraorally and thrusting or distracting the mandible

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Pain in the region of TMJ 2) Reduced mouth opening as measured by interincisal range 3) Capsular or ligamentous Injury 4) Pain arising from conditions like trismus 5) Fibromyalgia 6) Bruxism 7) Patient having undergone maxillofacial surgeries after sub maxillary space infection. 8) Symptoms >1 month

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Injury of Trauma in TMJ 2) Malignant tumors of jaw and Cervical region 3) History of TMJ recurrent dislocation 4) Hyper mobile TMJ 5) Neurological disorder
