Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients >18 years of age with acute kidney injury requiring hemodialysis (intermittent HD, sustained low efficacy dialysis (SLED) or continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age >65 years Pre-existing chronic kidney disease Past history of ASCVD Severe LV systolic dysfunction or valvular heart disease Poor echocardiographic window Hemodynamically unstable
