Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients with Type II diabetes with shoulder dysfunction. (E-13) 2) Patients with Type II diabetes without shoulder dysfunction.(E-13)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Superficial injury of shoulder and upper arm(S40) 2)Open wound of shoulder and upper arm(S41) 3)Fracture of shoulder and upper arm(S42) 4)Dislocation, sprain and strain of joints and ligaments of shoulder girdle (S43) 5)Injury of nerves at shoulder and upper arm level (S44) 6)Injury of blood vessels at shoulder and upper arm level (S45) 7)Injury of muscle and tendon at or below elbow (S46) 8)Crushing injury of shoulder and upper arm (S47) 9)Traumatic amputation of shoulder and upper arm (S48) 10)Multiple injuries of shoulder and upper arm (S49.7) 11)Other specified and unspecified injuries of shoulder and upper arm (S49.8, S49.9) 12)Patient h/o rheumatic disease (M06.9) 13)Patients with Bilateral Shoulder Dysfunction 14)Patients with Nurological disorders (G00-G99) 15)Disorders of eye and adnexa (H00- H59) 16)Mental and Behavioral disorders (F00-F99)

1. Pain using Visual Analogue Scale 2. Range of motion using 2D video based kinematic analysis using Kinovea software. 3. Strength of upper extremity muscles using Hand Held Dynamometer 4. Joint position sense using 2D video based kinematic analysis using Kinovea software. 5. For hand function- grip strength and pinch grip strength using Jamar hydraulic dynamometer. 2)Shoulder pain and disability Questionnaire (English and Marathi). Timepoint: baseline , 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 12 weeks, 18 weeks, 24 weeks
