Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elective surgeries of abdominal hysterectomy with/without bilateral Salpingoophorectomy under spinal anaesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patient refusal. 2. surgeries which get converted to general anaesthesia. 3. Patients with known hypersensitivity to the study drug. 4. patients with liver failure. 5. patients taking anti fungals and proteas inhibitors. 6. psychiatric illness.
