Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primigravidae mothers admitted in Lady Goschen hospital, who underwent delivery at term gestation 2. Mothers literate in Kannada 3. Mothers with a smartphone and using WhatsApp 4. Mothers who have thayi card

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mothers whose newborns are admitted to NICU 2. Mothers who have postpartum complications , requiring ICU stay
