Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: PATIENT ADMITTED IN ICU WITH SEPSIS
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pre existing diagnosis that can affect muscle mass like - Muscular dystrophy , Neuropathy , Myopathy , Stroke 2. Patients with amputated limb 3. Patients with cast or external fixator or any implant device that can impede ultrasound assessment of muscle thickness of arm and thigh 4. Patients with previous hospitalisation within 3 months 5. Patients who died or discharged from ICU with in 72 hours
