Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) Known cases of Type II Diabetes Mellitus With OR without Modern Therapy b) Age limit: 35-80 c) On Both sexes f) patients with anxiety traits

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Other than Type II Diabetes Mellitus b) any other mental disorder like schizophrenia c) pregnant women d) autoimmune diseases like thyroditis

anxiety will be monitor by using GAD-7 ScaleTimepoint: scale will be analysed every 2 month for 6 months
