Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Patients with moderate to severe chronic generalised periodontitIs with pocket depth -Systemically healthy patients. -Patients who have not undergone periodontal treatment in past 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients on any anti-inflammatory or antibiotics taken within the last 6 months which may alter the periodontal status. -Chronic smokers and alcoholics. -Pregnant and lactating females
