Inclusion criteria: Patients with age more than 18 years. patients requiring enteral feed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women, Patients having structural deformity or technical barrier for neck and sub xiphoid ultrasound. Patients who do not wish to participate in the study
