Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All neonates ( >34 weeks) up to 28 days of life in fluid refractory septic shock admitted in Extra-mural NICU
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Neonate with known cardiac disease 2. Neonate with known immunodeficiency state 3. Neonates who have received vasopressor drug prior to admission. 4. Neonate with lethal congenital anomaly
