Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. American society of anaesthesiologist grade-I II and III b. Patients undergoing lower abdominal gynecological surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a.Patient refusal b.Infection at block site c.Bleeding disorder or patient is on anti coagulation therapy d.Known allergy to study drug e.severe hepatic/renal/neurologic/gastrointestinal or cardiac dysfunction f.Those who unable to speak or understand commands for analysing sedation and analgesia g.Spine deformity
