Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who gave written informed consent ASA grade I, II, III Urological surgery under general anesthesia Elective surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal ASA grade IV Febrile patient Body mass index > 30kg/m2 Patient with endocrine disorder Patient with peripheral disease Impaired respiratory function Coronary artery disease Vomiting or continuous aspiration Local nasopharyngeal infection
