Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Moderate (GCS 9-12) and severe TBI (GCS 3-8) 2. Admitted to the Trauma Centre ICU, AIIMS within 24 hours of injury
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Not consenting for participation 2. Who present after 48 hours of injury 3. Right lower limb above knee trauma or amputation 4. History of Paraplegia 5. History of central or peripheral nervous system diseases 6. History of diseases affecting the muscles 7. Pregnancy 8. Associated systemic injuries including chest injury, abdominal injury, fracture long bones or fracture pelvis
