Inclusion criteria: Pts between age 16-50yr of either sex requiring elective or emergency endotracheal intubation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pt/attendant refusal. 2.contraindications for oro tracheal intubation.3.facial injury or burn.4.Allergic to material or adhesive of fixing tape
