Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients in the age group of 18-60 years will be selected. Patients with scriptural symptoms of grahani dosha. According to modern opinion, symptoms of IBS Patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: age below 18 years and above 60 years will be excluded Acute Diarrhea Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) Giardiasis Gluten Intolerance Colitis associate with hemorrhage Intestinal tuberculosis, cancer,HIV. Pregnant women or lactating mother Patients who have completed participation in any other clinical trial during past three months. H/o hypersensitivity to any of the trial drugs and their ingredients. Patients who is suffering from any serious disease will come under the category of exclusion
