Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a)patients belonging to ASA class 1 2 and 3 b)patients above 18 years of age of either sex c)patients posted for foot and ankle surgeries d)patients giving valid informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a)patients who are contraindicated for giving regional block like allergy to local anaesthesia, local site infection, coagulopathies if any etc. b)patients with preexisting neurological disorders c)patients with BMI more than 30kg/m2 d)patients with problems in positioning
