Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female patients of age group between 18 yrs to 45yrs (menopause). 2. Hemoglobin % above 10 gm%. 3. Adenomyosis, Endometriosis. 4. Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Bleeding due to all type of Abortion and MTP. 2) Patients with systemic disorders like Thyroid dysfunction, Diabetes mellitus. 3) Patient using IUCD, OC pills. 4)Malignancy. 5)Dysmenorrhoea. 6)Fibroids.
