Inclusion criteria: 1) Age > 18yrs of age 2) Minimum length of stay >24hrs

Exclusion criteria: 1) Age 2) Patients couldnâ??t follow up 3) Malignancy 4) Patients opted for comfort and end point care 5) CKD(stage 5) patients on dialysis 6) Recent Joint replacement surgeries
