Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Parent/ guardian of patients who are admitted to the PICU & 2. Patients who have stayed in PICU more than 3 days (this minimum duration is kept so that the parent/ guardian will be able to comment upon the various aspects/ domains of patient management as required in the questionnaire).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients for whom the parents / guardians are not willing to give informed consent for participation. 2. Patients who die/ are discharged within 3 days of PICU admission.
