Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Medical undergraduate students taking regular course within the age group between 18 -25 years; irrespective of gender and socio economic status. 2.Cases who have Score of more than 2.5 on a scale of 5 on West Side Test Anxiety Scale.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Students taking Correspondence, distance education, online courses and other irregular courses. 2.Cases with Generalised Anxiety disorders – Those who obtain positive results in Hamilton Scale. 3.Cases who have or are under any medical treatment for any other known systemic or neurological illness. 4.Cases with a strong Family history of Mental illness. 5.If any case faces any adverse event during the research period will be avoided from study. 6.Pregnant woman will not considered in this study.
